Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment or using the services provided by AyuriNails Beauty Lounge ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking or visit.
2. Services
AyuriNails Beauty Lounge provides nail care, lash, brow, and related beauty services at our salon located in Poblacion, Makati City. The specific services, pricing, and inclusions are as listed on our current service menu, which is subject to change. We reserve the right to decline a service if, in our professional judgement, it is not suitable for the client's nail or skin condition.
3. Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or forfeiture of your booking
- Disclose any allergies, skin conditions, nail infections, or medical conditions that may affect your service
- Provide accurate contact details when booking
- Treat our staff and other clients with respect; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately
- Ensure children accompanying you are supervised at all times
4. Intellectual Property
All nail art designs, photographs, branding, and content produced by AyuriNails Beauty Lounge remain the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce or use our designs commercially without prior written consent. We may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes; please inform us before your appointment if you do not consent to this.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept cash and major payment methods as displayed at the salon. A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings (e.g. group bookings or premium services). Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by the salon. For home service bookings, a minimum service booking of ₱3,000 applies.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as promptly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyuriNails Beauty Lounge's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients with known allergies or sensitivities are responsible for informing us prior to treatment; we are not liable for adverse reactions where such information was not disclosed.
8. Complaints & Aftercare
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment and we will do our best to address the issue. We offer complimentary fixes for chip or lifting within 3 days of your appointment, provided the aftercare instructions have been followed. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper aftercare, or external factors.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
